Guide to Rental Procedure

Online Rental Application After reading the Rental Terms and Conditions below, the applicant must select the desired date and exhibition hall and enter the information.
Review and Approval After verifying the details of the application, we conduct an internal review and notify individually the approval of the rental and the details of the contract.
Contract After concluding the rental contract, the applicant must make a down payment (30% of the rental fee).
Advance Preparation and Consultation Rental applicants must notify the gallery of the exhibition data such as artwork images, artist biographies, and exhibition introduction texts, and confirmed details related to the installation of works at least four weeks prior to the start of the exhibition. Moreover, the remaining balance (70% of the rental fee) must be paid one week prior to the start of the exhibition.
Exhibition Progress and Closing Bringing in/installing artwork is available from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesdays and removing/taking out artwork must be completed by 12:00 PM on Tuesdays.

Terms and Conditions

1. Venue Rental

1) The standard rental period at Gallery Eun is seven (7) days, and the rental may be extended by seven (7) day increments.
2) The rental approval is determined after the submitted rental application has been reviewed, and there may be limitations to the rental depending on the results of the review.
3) If the contract is not concluded within seven (7) days following the contract follow-up notification or the applicant fails to pay the rental fee by the set date, the rental may be canceled.
4) Details on rentals are provided in writing via the “Gallery Eun Rental Regulations” after the completion of the rental application.
5) Please contact us for rentals of seven (7) days or less.

2. Bringing In and Taking Out Artwork

1) The bringing-in/taking-out, installation, and removal of artworks at Gallery Eun are carried out every Tuesday.
2) Tools that can obviously cause damage to the space when installing artwork, such as adhesives, hot glue, and double-sided tape, are prohibited from use.
3) If the facilities and equipment at Gallery Eun are found to be damaged after the exhibition, they must be restored to their original state immediately.

3. Miscellaneous

1) The act of transferring a rental permit is prohibited.
2) As a general rule, the act of holding an exhibition different from the documents and details submitted to the Gallery is prohibited, and if in an unavoidable circumstance, a prior discussion with the Gallery is required.
